Yangon Real Estate Heatmap

Lately, I have seen so many facebook posts by my young urban professional friends about how it will be impossible for them to ever own a decent place in Yangon anytime soon. As everyone knows and/or have read this Bloomberg article, real estate prices in Yangon are way higher than average real estate price in Manhattan. 

Sad, isn't it? And here I am, putting more people to distress by making a heatmap out of real estate prices, as posted on Shwe Property, Myanmar Real Estate and facebook pages within the past 3 months. 

Enjoy the map and don't despair. I toned down the heat not to scare people.
